Our steak program is built around uncompromising quality, from USDA Prime beef and our in-house dry-aged selections to rare Japanese A5 Wagyu. Each cut is prepared over live fire with oak and bourbon barrel staves, imparting the depth, character, and signature flavor that define the Old Oaks experience.
